FAQ

How Do I Book A Rage Room?

Please book your experience online on our "book now" page or come in person and pay cash in full 24 hours in advance.

Team building events can email us for questions on booking larger groups.

How Many People Play, And Is There An Age Limit?

We have 2 rooms (1-4, and 1-6) Up to 10 may book.  Ages 10 and up. (Ages 10-17 need a parent or guardian present.)

If you have more than 10 players we can still accommodate you. Please e-mail us. 

How Do I Pay?

All appointments are paid for online with a credit / debit card or PayPal. We accept cash paid in full 24 hours in advance.

Can I Book With My Friends Or Family?

Of course! We suggest one person book for your entire group. All rooms and times are first come, first served.

Can You Accommodate Larger Parties And Events?

Absolutely! You can either book through our main booking page or email us directly to rent our facility for a larger party or event.

Multiple appointments may be required. We can run 10 players simultaneously when both of our rooms are booked by the hour. 

Walk-ins

We are by appointment only, but we will sometimes (Rarely) take walk-ins when no one has pre-booked.

So if you just show up we will likely turn you away.  FYI - You will have to book an appointment anyway. 

How Long Is Each Game?

Packages generally take 30-45 minutes, or an hour depending on number of people and bags.  We do ask that you arrive on time for your experience for preparation.  Please be kind to our staff and use the restroom before you arrive.

How Early Should We Arrive?

Please give yourself some extra time and arrive around 10 minutes prior to your start time. We usually text when we are ready for you early. Appointments will begin on time. If you are over 5 minutes late, you may have less than your whole time to play. E-MAIL US IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, We don't want to turn you away, but we will. (No refunds if you arrive too late for us to fit you in.)

 

Is RAGE! KC Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes, but there are two steps. We will help if needed.

Can we change or cancel appointment times?

Yes. As long as you inform us by e-mail or change the appointment yourself at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to give us a chance to resell those tickets and put someone else into that time slot.

No notice no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled - A new appointment is required.

Safety Rules -

Must sign waiver / Must wear protective gear / Must use provided implements for destruction / Must follow all rules / Must wear close-toed shoes / No hitting fellow Rager's / Intentional damage to the SmashSpace or weapons, cameras, and speakers etc. is very very expensive... You will regret it.

 

Must we wear provided gear?

No, you may sign a refusal for everything except goggles, mask and shoes. You must wear goggles* or glasses and a mask and wear closed-toe shoes. We do not have shoes. (*We have goggles / masks.)
